When our former accountants were having issues with their previous IT Support provider, they called on us to step in and take over.

How did you first hear about Everon, and what made you decide to use them?

“Everon were formally a client of ours, they used to help us out a little bit with our IT and, because of this, it made sense to use them as our IT Partner.”

 

What challenges did you encounter before starting to use Everon, how detrimental were they to the business?

“Our previous IT Supplier were very disappointing, and left a lot of room for improvement. The service level was not where we needed, and we felt quite undervalued.”

 

What do Everon do for you?

“They manage our whole IT landscape, from issues we have with our PC’s, to our Cyber Security. They are very proactive, keeping ahead of the curve, considering everything we need as well as the things we want to have.”

 

How does your relationship with Everon compare with your previous Supplier?

“We were quite hesitant to switch IT Providers, because of the disappointment of our previous relationship. Jamie and the team made a really good impression and provided us with a plan on how to move forward.”
