Our Hosted Solution means that every call benefits from enhanced security, since all calls go through our high-level security Data Centre. Session Border Controller security (SBC) is in place to make sure every call is delivered securely. SBC is a firewall designed specifically for VoIP calls, and protects your business VoIP telephone solution from exposure to the public Internet.

THE TECHNICAL STUFF

We handle the hardware side of things using BT as the IP network of choice, providing high quality enterprise-grade calls over Broadsoft’s advanced switching platform, interconnecting with BT at 650 Digital Local Exchanges (DLEs) hosted on a national fibre network.

You’ll take control of calls using the Everon voice portal, which lets you keep in close control over your call handling and set system preferences.

Leeds-based Craig Solicitors were opening an office in London and contracted Everon to provide tailored IT support to ease the expansion process.

During the move it became apparent that the Craig’s current telephone system would not allow multiple office calls.  Everon advised the company to install an online-based (VOIP) system which allows a range of helpful functions including:
