THE TECHNICAL STUFF
We handle the hardware side of things using BT as the IP network of choice, providing high quality enterprise-grade calls over Broadsoft’s advanced switching platform, interconnecting with BT at 650 Digital Local Exchanges (DLEs) hosted on a national fibre network.
Our office and field-based technical engineers ensure that Everon have direct access to the IP infrastructure and switching platforms, allowing us to provide direct support under our guaranteed Service Level Agreement commitments. In other words, we can resolve any issues faster and more effectively.
