Craig Solicitors are Leeds based but they were opening an office in London so they contracted Everon to provide tailored IT support to ease the expansion process. During the move it became apparent that the Craig’s current telephone system would not allow multiple office calls. Everon advised the company to install an online-based (VOIP) system which would create flexibility but also it’s more cost effective. It would also allow a range of helpful functions including:
- Transfer of calls between multiple offices
- Internal dialling – free calls between sites
- If calls cannot be answered in London they can be picked up in the Leeds office.
- Calls can be made from mobiles using the office number to give employees the flexibility to work from satellite locations.
